Carrie Perry
Carrie Perry has a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies with a minor in Special Education from James Madison University. She is currently seeking a master’s degree in Special Education and a Dyslexia Certificate from the University of Florida. Carrie began her career as an exceptional student education teacher and transitioned to the ESE Coordinator until she pursued a position in the Exceptional Student Education Department supporting teachers in various reading programs in the School District of Palm Beach County. Carrie currently works for the University of Florida Literacy Institute and provides support and professional development to district and school administrators, literacy coaches, and teachers in various school districts internationally. As a Partnership Facilitator with UFLI, Carrie is excited to share her personal experiences teaching and supporting teachers implementing Foundations and her love for the program with others.
