Inclusive Education learning opportunities are focused on raising awareness of Action on Inclusion initiatives, and increasing the capacity of Alberta schools to support the learning of all students in an inclusive environment. The learning opportunities provided by SAPDC are in response to the needs expressed by teachers and jurisdiction leaders, in order to support teachers and increase the capacity of schools to improve the learning of all students.
The recorded webinars and Conversation Guides, with additional resources, are intended for Professional Learning Communities, instructional leaders, or self-paced individual educators wishing to enhance their practice. Three webinars have been archived for you: Roles of Learning Coaches; Change & Resistance; and Trust, and are suitable for use during staff meetings, PLC collaborative opportunities; administrative or school board meetings, or parent council meetings. These resources are archived on the SAPDC website: http://www.sapdc.ca/Pages/Webinars.aspx . These materials include the archived webinar, and supporting Conversation Guide, and are suitable for adaptation for your context and will enable you to facilitate an adult learning dialogue.
