Webinars are provided by Alberta Regional Consortium using Elluminate.  These sessions are delivered over the internet to a computer(s) at a remote site.  Webinar participants must be connected to the internet.  A hardwired (not wireless) connection is required to avoid loss of audio or other associated bandwidth issues.  A computer can be connected to a data projector thereby enabling a group to participant at one site but a microphone is still required for interaction with the other remote sites and speaker.
