Early Years: Promising Practices - January 20, 2012          

On January 20, 2012 there was a provincial symposium called Inclusion in the Early Years: Promising Practices. The day was webcast and recorded, and these recordings are the basis of a new PD Resource for the Early Learning section of the Inclusion Education PD Resources website.

In addition to ten videos that include the speakers and the Q&A sessions, when you click on the documents tab you will see a collection of resources related to the presentations which include current research, a conversation guide for use by PLCs and groups using the videos to promote further discussion, and articles that were referenced by various presenters. During the day there were many more questions put forward by participants than could be answered in the available time; answers to these questions were sought out after the symposium and are provided in a document titled “ Inclusion in the Early Years: Questions from the Field”
